The initial brief is rarely the real problem. I dig into the business, the users and the existing process before deciding what is worth building.
Jérôme Collomb

I work across growth, product and technology to identify what matters, build the first version and turn it into something measurable, repeatable and useful.
From strategy to shipped product, I stay close to both the business problem and the actual build.

I prototype and ship websites, funnels, tools, workflows and product experiences. A recommendation is where I start, not where I stop.
I connect acquisition, content, conversion, automation and data into repeatable loops that can be measured, improved and eventually scaled.
I bring marketers, developers, designers, product people and operators around one shared outcome, even when no single team owns the whole problem.

Owned Swile’s global digital growth systems, driving self-serve revenue, scalable acquisition infrastructure and international expansion.
Built the digital acquisition and experimentation foundations that enabled Swile’s scale-up phase.
Set the experimentation culture and CRO framework across the web ecosystem.

Paris, London, Barcelona, Miami, San Francisco, and now near Toulouse. I have worked remotely for the past six years. Father of two, which is its own kind of operations role. CrossFit and Hyrox two or three times a week, skiing when the season allows, and padel occasionally.
I am the sort of person who starts a quick prototype and keeps going until it actually works. I find it difficult to market something without first understanding how the business and the product really work underneath.
Coffee, probably too much.
